    The Office Services Assistant is an integral part of the Administration team, effectively executing and assisting with day-to-day tasks, and acting as a vital operational link to management. The Office Services Assistant is a steward of Flynt Management Group’s physical environment and provides premium customer support services to our many departments, entities, and over all company culture.



    • Order and stock various office supplies, kitchen supplies and other supplies
    • Make sure kitchens and breakrooms are fully stocked and well kept
    • Deliver office supplies to employees
    • Act as backup/relief receptionist
    • Maintain records of purchases and assist with paying invoices
    • Maintain budget and implement cost savings
    • Set up offices for new hires and cleaning up empty offices
    • Help coordinate and organize company events
    • Assist with mailroom duties, not limited to mail distribution and preparing outgoing mail
    • Performs general maintenance of the facility and office equipment
    • Keeping stockrooms organized, accessible and clutter free
    • Occasional courier to the executives (Mr. and Mrs. Flynt)



    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    • 2-5 years of experience in a professional environment required; hospitality and/or operations background preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
    • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, humility, and team orientation
    • Intermediate computer skills required
    • Good driving record, proof of insurance
