    Larry Flynt's vision for an premiere romance boutique began in 1998 when the flagship store was built in Hollywood on the renowned Sunset Strip. Since then, HUSTLER Hollywood has expanded to 24 locations nationwide including both urban and interstate models. The store's tasteful, bright and upscale design provides customers with a wide variety of merchandise from which to choose.  We provide our customer with a fun shopping experience, where they can purchase women's and men's apparel, jewelry, lingerie, candle and home products, as well as adult entertainment and an upscale selection of novelties. HUSTLER Hollywood is changing the face of romantic behavior worldwide.




    • Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to execute innovative campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to our stores which, in turn, drives increased sales
    • Assist with determining market position and creating media plans to establish and address goals within each market
    • Track and analyze marketing budget
    • Work within specified advertising/marketing budgets and consistently reevaluate to determine additional savings opportunities
    • Implement social media strategies to ensure they have assets and information needed for campaigns
    • Work with vendors to produce marketing related collateral
    • Initiate and maintain all promotional/vendor relationships and contracts
    • Assist with implementation of all promotions
    • Help write advertising copy for all media formats
    • Work with marketing team to create in-house posters, flyers and brochures
    • Plan all special events and execute flawlessly ensuring strong attendance
    • Coordinate with stores on promotions, events and other requests/initiatives
    • Maintain store communication and follow up with all marketing initiatives
    • Oversee department marketing calendar and advertising grid
    • Store visits including: visual assistance, event coordination, product pick ups, etc
    • Track and analyze all marketing initiatives including events, promotions and campaigns

    • Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and outstanding organization skills
    • 2 plus years of marketing experience (i.e. crafting marketing messages, creating quality marketing collateral, and social media marketing, vendor relationships)
    • Event planning experience
    • Retail Industry experience a plus
    • Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well
    • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred , degree in marketing a plus


    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical/quantitative skills; attention to detail
    • Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision. Self Starter is a plus!   


    • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
    • Ability to express complex concepts in a clear manner

    • Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions
    • Requires many hours of working in front of a computer and extended periods of telephone work
