Larry Flynt's vision for a premiere romance boutique began in 1998 when the flagship store was built in Hollywood on the renowned Sunset Strip. Since then, HUSTLER Hollywood has expanded to 24 locations nationwide including both urban and interstate models. The store's tasteful, bright and upscale design provides customers with a wide variety of merchandise from which to choose. We provide our customer with a fun shopping experience, where they can purchase women's and men's apparel, jewelry, lingerie, candle and home products, as well as adult entertainment and an upscale selection of novelties. HUSTLER Hollywood is changing the face of romantic behavior worldwide.
As a brand ambassador he or she will utilize his or her passion for Hustler combined with exceptional knowledge of the brand, strong sales strategies and high service level to help elevate the Hustler Hollywood customer experience through establishing, managing, and developing exceptional customer relations.
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing store management team through consistent selection, development and motivation
Provide coaching, mentoring and overall direction of accountabilities to meet Area goals
Effectively communicate business and financial objectives
Analyze Area performance in order to deliver appropriate feedback to Director of Stores
Develop an Area sales strategy that ensures profitable growth
Lead the store teams to meet sales/payroll budgets through appropriate execution
Foster a selling culture throughout the Area, ensuring a positive customer experience that meets and exceeds every customer's expectation
Articulate the vision and ensure execution of brand visual standards consistently
Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving Area and Store shrink goals
Cultivate an environment of open communication and drive the performance management and development of store teams within the Area
Effectively communicate and partner with corporate office departments and employees to achieve strategic short term and long terms goals/objectives as it relates to their area of responsibility
Represents the company in a professional and positive manner
In conjunction with all Area responsibilities the Area Manager is responsible for overseeing their home store and all Store Manager responsibilities

Proven track record of selecting high-performing talent and ability to develop compelling development plans
Able to articulately and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public
Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and ability to adapt to additional internal applications
Facilitate and present programs, processes and concepts to groups of managers
Has broad knowledge and perspective of retail landscape and can accurately identify trends
Can inspire and motivate entire teams or organizations
Willingness/Ability to travel based on the needs of the business (up to 75% of the work week)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of multi-unit experience in retail required or 3 years proven track record as Store Manager for Hustler Hollywood
Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to provide sales floor coverage related to customer service and loss prevention.
Continually able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, and store merchandising.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
Must have reliable transportation and Driver’s License
Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
